Mr. Syutkin has over 10 years of work experience in big Ukrainian and foreign companies as a legal department manager. He has extensive experience of the public sector and has been involved in developing and implementing major projects on multi-million debt return to public companies.

Mr. Syutkin has a lot of successful cases on counteraction of unlawful (raider) seizure. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, competition and corporate law. He has successful experience in resolving the most problematic judicial cases. He also advises clients on real estate transactions and provides effective integrated support of various real estate projects.

Mr. Syutkin has worked on developing unconventional patterns of investment protection.

He founded and headed Syutkin & Partners law firm in 2006.
